Meropi was very attentive. She not only booked the trip for me (hotel, rental car, restaurant reservations, and local excursions) but she also helped me book a hotel last minute when my flight home got delayed for 24 hours. She's a great resource to have -- a great feeling to have while traveling to know that everything will work out!
