Working with Melissa was absolutely perfect. From the very beginning, communication was timely, clear, and proactive - she anticipated my needs before I even thought of them. Every detail was handled flawlessly: flights, excursions, taxis, restaurant reservations, even thoughtful packing lists.
My travel preferences were not only taken into account, but she elevated them with excellent recommendations that made the entire trip seamless and stress-free. All I had to do was show up and enjoy...everything else was already taken care of.
Honestly, she set the bar so high that when I got home, I found myself unaccustomed to having to think for myself! I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone who wants a perfectly organized and truly enjoyable travel experience.
