I’m originally from Carmel, CA and now live in New York City (when I’m not traveling)! I love traveling to places that others don’t usually go. I believe food is an extremely important part of planning a vacation!

Our experience working with Mackenzie Decker was nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, she introduced us to a hotel we hadn’t even been considering — Rosewood Kona Village on the Big Island — and we can confidently say it made our entire trip. It was the perfect setting for our birthdays and babymoon, and we truly believe we wouldn’t have discovered it without her insight.
Mackenzie was communicative, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful throughout the planning process. She checked in with us during our stay to ensure everything was seamless and that we felt well taken care of. The most special touch was arriving on our first day to a stunning birthday and babymoon gift presentation in our room. It was clear she had personally connected with the hotel staff to make sure our celebrations were acknowledged in such a beautiful way. She even helped us with a beautiful room upgrade.
Her attention to detail and genuine care elevated our experience beyond what we could have planned on our own. We are so grateful for her guidance and can’t wait to plan our next trip with her!

Mackenzie is a world class travel advisor. She swooped in to take our trip to a new level, securing us a gorgeous breakfast buffet for 6 every day and a large resort credit. As if that wasn’t enough, she went above and beyond to secure a spectacular room upgrade to a sweeping ocean view villa. Mackenzie diligently researched golf options for our family, recommended restaurants, and responded within seconds to any questions we had. We will certainly be using Mackenzie again and couldn’t recommend her more to elevate your trip with stress-free coordination and surprise touches of luxury. Thank you Mackenzie!!

Amazing! MacKenzie was so helpful with all of the prep work for the trip, setting everything up for us while we were there and making sure everything was exactly as expected. She helped us get early check in and coordinated with the hotel to have a surprise waiting in the room for the birthday we were celebrating!!!! She’s the best
