Using Laura for our Universal trip was a game changer — truly a must-have. The planning and recommendations made everything so much easier once we arrived. She collaborated with us to make sure the trip was unique to what mattered to us.

We had a great week exploring the parks — they’re all completely different, and Islands of Adventure was the favorite. The Universal app is essential, and staying on the water taxi route made getting around incredibly easy.

Loews Portofino Bay was beautiful and very well laid out, and we were lucky enough to get a room upgrade, which didn’t hurt either.

I had a great experience working with Laura! I reached out to her to give me some hotel/resort options for a lat minute stay in Maui for the weekend. She took care of every detail so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. She coordinated with the resort and got us an upgrade to an ocean view room which was so beautiful! Once in my room there was thoughtful basket of Hawaiian themed snacks waiting for us. What a nice surprise! Everything was perfectly organized. It was an stress-free trip and Laura found us a great deal and exactly what we wanted plus more! She is honest, and truly looks out for you and gives great suggestions and doesn’t mind helping with the “little” things. Laura Crump was amazing to work with and she will go above and beyond for her clients. We needed a hotel for our daughter's sorority events for the weekend, and Laura recommended the George Hotel for our stay. The George was perfect for us and we absolutely loved the location. Laura took our itinerary for the weekend and found us a great place to stay, that was very nice and also centrally located to all of our events we had going on. Laura really takes the time to listen to your needs and finds the perfect place that fits what you are looking for. Laura is also very detailed oriented and communicated everything to us well in advance. She also messaged us to see if everything was going well and if we needed anything else from her.
