Kimberly was so easy to work with! She sent me options with her thoughts on locations, and after I booked, she followed up with the hotel to make sure the bed configuration was what we wanted so there were no mistakes at check-in. She also sent me an extensive list of things to do in Munich, with some suggestions on theatre and special exhibits to go and see.
