Keri arranged my stay as I was on the ferry crossing from England. I had no idea where I was to spend the night on my drive to Switzerland. Normally sleep in the car when I run out of steam but she worked out what route I was taking and made the suggestion of Vichey. Amazing service, fast and efficient
