Kelly is the best…she really takes the time to understand exactly what you are looking for..the vibe, the amenities you want, even location and things close to the hotel. Kelly is definitely like having an ace to your sleeve…she will make sure your trip is fantastic.

Kelly made sure we knew what to expect at every step of the trip. Our activities and excursions were tailored to our interests. She made sure we hit the highlights in each port but still gave us time to relax and also take advantage of all the ship had to offer.

Outstanding…Kelly researched extensively to find us a spectacular resort that would absolutely MAKE our trip. She also suggested a few local wineries for us to visit, and helped us line up transportation options and schedules so that our days were fun and engaging, but not overly hectic or long.

Kelly’s service was top notch, and her passion for ensuring our Rome experience was refreshing…she offered multiple suggestions for things to make our visit magical, and finding this hotel was a little slice of perfection.

Kelly was exceptional! This was our first time to Boston and she provided us valuable tips about the city. She gave us several hotel options at affordable prices.
