Our experience with Kelly was one of the best we’ve ever had. We have traveled over 51 countries and all 7 continents, so, we have a lot of experience and not always easy to please, we have to say, this was one of the best experiences we’ve had with an agent. Kelly was very attentive to our constant communication. This trip was very involved; a month long and 4 countries, Kelly was on top of, it the whole way through which wasn’t easy as our time differences was a day and 16hrs. She did a great job at recommendations while taking our expectations into consideration. Her communication before ,during and even after our trip was excellent, really to be commended. We were really truly impressed by her service and we will defenetly be using her again. Thank you so much for your patience and putting up with us , we couldn’t have done it without you.
