We initially made plans to go to a different hotel by looking for the hotel ourselves. After discussing our plans with Katya, she suggested a more central hotel within the same budget that bizarrely did not show up on the other search apps we tend to use.

Katya also tried to get us an early check-in since our flight landed very early in the morning. Although this was not guaranteed, she still managed to get us the early check-in. Regarding this hotel, we found ourselves staying in a place which was exactly as she had described it. Katya also provided loads of useful tips that were incredibly useful since we were in one of those moods of not feeling like planning out the trip.

This is our second time using her services and there would definitely be a next one.

Katya has been a darling in seeing to every little detail to ensure that our stay at the hotel as well as our holiday in Stockholm goes smoothly and effortlessly. She has gone the extra mile to equip us with all the information that one could possibly think of to make the most of our visit. She's worthy of a gold medal. Heartfelt thanks!!

Katya was extremely helpful. We were unsure between 2 destinations and she helped us decide just by presenting the positives and the negatives to both. Finally we were really happy with our trip. The information she gave us was extremely detailed and everytime we changed something, we were met with a smile and updated itineraries. We shall definitely use her services again.

Our itinerary was very well planned and allowed us to enjoy all the beautiful towns Mallorca has to offer. Katya’s assistance in putting our short holiday together in a way where we could visit so many places whilst also enjoying a relaxed pace was invaluable.
