Working with Katie was great. She is very responsive, knowledgeable, organized and helpful. It is obvious she really wanted to help us have a great vacation. She was able to tell us a lot about the hotel before we arrived, so we could look forward to the experience. She got us a room upgrade, which made our time at the hotel so special.

Katie is an excellent communicator and great travel agent. she made our stay so pleasant, we got a little treat in our room thanks to her!! She always was thinking one step ahead in our travel details - for example she helped us with our early check in. Without her thinking about this, our room may have not been ready early.
Highly recommend working with Katie, she is so passionate and knowledgeable about travel.
