Kaitlin was a lifesaver in guiding me in the planning of this trip, a destination wedding for friends that expanded into a multi-city tour of the UK and Ireland (London/Richmond, Harrogate, Edinburgh and Dublin) for my partner and I. I chose the cities, quickly became overwhelmed with options for tours and hotels and dining and Kaitlin came to the rescue! We had a few conversations during the process where I outlined what kind of trip I was looking for and she provided perfect hotel recommendations to choose from, incorporated some planned and optional tour ideas I expressed interest in as well as worked with a tour operator for me when he needed to reschedule. 10/10 highly recommend! I will be in touch for the next trip!!

Kaitlyn found this hotel for us and it was perfect. We had a large group traveling and she accommodated our various needs. The Goldwynn is a luxurious hotel yet very family friendly. It was quiet and relaxing and close to the Baha Mar when we wanted to try out the casino and water park. It was the best of both worlds for our crew.

Katilin was helpful in planning the different pieces of the trip, including specific destinations, lodging, and activities. She helped created a wonderful trip for our family.

Kaitlin was great. She paid attention when initially given a description of the kind of trip we wanted, then in the process of planning the itinerary, she collaborated actively with me, making sure it was right for us. She had patience for my many questions and for any concerns. She responded with new ideas and changes when called for. She took on her plate the minutiae I did not want to have to deal with! She made herself available to us during our travels and checked in to be sure all was going smoothly. If it wasn't, she was responsive. Kaitlin was helpful in pointing out that for our last 2 nights, a hotel closer to Poas Volcano and the airport in San Jose would make sense. She found this very nice hotel. We didn't spend time at its pool or enjoying the grounds, but I can see others doing so. Stupendous views of the city!
