Jocelyn is the only travel agent I would ever use! She is truly passionate and curious about the best ways to see the world- it seems this is what drives her, (and helping people). She is extremely determined to get you the most value for your money- perks, upgrades, and wonderful experiences- while also saving you money. Seems too good to be true- but it's not. Thank you Jocelyn!

Jocelyn was an excellent partner before, during and after the trip. She helped us sort through a lot of different ideas on where we wanted to go and was incredibly patient as we frequently changed our minds.
Jocelyn is super responsive and very comprehensive when giving a view on a location/property - and works hard to calibrate different options against the upfront criteria we shared of what we wanted from the vacation.
During the vacation, there was a massive cancellation of flights and we got stuck in PR a few extra days - Jocelyn worked tirelessly to make sure our accommodations got extended and that we did not get a rate hike. She also helped in getting us home and making sure that everyone was OK. After the trip, she worked with the hotel on a few issues that came up and got us some extra money refunded - we didn't even ask her to do this.
Jocelyn is a total pro who comes not only ready to help with whatever is needed, she also operates with a point of view shaped by her own incredibly extensive travel experiences and her unwavering desire to make sure you and your family have an amazing and memorable experience.

I never used a travel agent prior to Jocelyn, but after my first booking with her this past summer, I haven’t stopped going to her for expertise and easy bookings. She is a wizard at getting the best experience and the best value. She made everything with the cruise smooth, arranged every little detail, and did it all at a rate better than I could find myself. She is a true professional, a master of details, and a reliable resource I plan to use again and again!
