Ahead of our trip, she thoughtfully sent reminders about important check-in details, which helped us feel well-prepared even before arriving. During our stay, she went above and beyond—arranging a surprise birthday cake for a special celebration and ensuring every detail was taken care of.
When our room was unexpectedly affected by flooding, Jingle responded immediately. She contacted the Hyatt reservation team and made sure assistance was arranged promptly, showing genuine care and professionalism. She also kept track of our travel plans, reminding us to complete arrival cards before departure and checking in regularly to ensure our transfer needs were covered.
