Jillian helped make our plans feel seamless. With her check-ins leading up to our trip, as well as a personal note waiting in our room, we knew that every detail was considered and accounted for. She also helped us take advantage of a few FORA benefits that we had forgotten about. It was a wonderful experience working with Jillian, start to finish!

This is my second trip planned by Jillian and it was great! She was thoughtful about the restaurants selected and provided time to explain how to use all of the food and beverage credits.

We had the best experience working with Jillian as a travel advisor. Her attentiveness, follow through on questions and timely manner were also appreciated! She took extra care to ask the Hotel clarifying questions for us and it was great feeling like we were in good hands with her and taken care of by her. She provided several hotel options based on our criteria which were well thought through and information was very easy to sift through the perks that we were able to enjoy during our stay absolutely elevated our trip and made us all feel so special. Jillian did an incredible job and really took action on a last-minute request. Jillian is going to be my go to for future travel needs and we’ve already booked another trip with her and are looking forward to it! She is the best!

Jillian could not have moved faster or made my experience any easier! It felt like she had multiple exceptional options to me within hours of my request. Her follow-up questions were so thoughtful and quick and I felt completely heard. She was a pleasure to work with and took away all the un-fun parts of planning so I could focus on enjoying the trip.

Although we did not need any assistance upon our arrival, she insisted that we reach out if we needed anything and that assurance gave me more travel peace than I realized! Jillian organized a wonderful stay for us and I have absolutely no notes and would not hesitate to reach back out to her!
