Jen was amazing. We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her. She was so responsive throughout the whole planning process and was very informed about our trip. We felt very confident going in to our trip and that really was due to how prepared Jen made us feel. She emailed us throughout the planning process with tips, encouraged us to make dinner reservations, explained the service charges and tipping, etc. All of this made the trip feel smooth and seamless. We will absolutely work with Jen again and have told many friends about her too!

We were totally thrilled with the service Jen provided us. We never used a travel agent in the past because we never wanted to pay the up charge but using Jen is the same as using Expedia or Hotels.com. She gets paid from the hotels but offers so very much more. She was full of suggestions and ideas. Then she put all our information (flights, hotels, excursions, traveling tips, and directions ) into an app to use while traveling. It was instrumental in helping us navigate all the details when we did not have Wi-Fi access. Now that we have found Jen we will never plan a vacation on our own.

Jen really helped us get the most out of this last-minute Disney stay. The whole booking process went smoothly. She was responsive and shared some great tips!
