Jeff was fantastic! His attention to detail was really amazing. We felt taken care of and in good hands all the way. This was our first time with a travel advisor and we cannot wait to work with Jeff again for our future travels!

Jeff was an excellent choice for us as first-time cruisers, and he would be a great choice for others as well. He was extremely helpful, communicative, and patient (especially walking us through the different cruise options). Jeff kept track of all the details and checked-in with us in ways that were not pushy. You’re definitely in good hands with Jeff. In fact, he has already helped me book my next trip!

Jeff was so responsive with any questions I had. He provided me options that were appealing to me and my guest, and he was able to keep me when I wasn’t sure if my guest could no longer make it. Jeff helped me realize a trip that my friend and I had been promising to take for years in a quick day! He took the big items off my to do list so all I had to do was be present, packed, and ready for a change of scenery. This is exactly what this tired teacher needed after a crazy May.

Jeff helped me book a week-long trip in Cancun for May 12, 2025 – May 16, 2025. The cost of the flight and resort was a great value. The nonstop flight was out of O’Hare on United. The hotel was originally book at Breathless Cancun Soul Resort and Spa. However, there was a mix-up on my behalf as my family was staying at Breathless Riviera Cancun. I quickly realized I was at the wrong location and gave Jeff a call to see how we can fix this to get me over to Breathless Riviera Cancun resort. He was very quick to get the ball rolling and secured me a room at the new resort. He started the process of a refund for the wrong hotel. All worked out great and I spent some great time with my family. While I was there, he checked in with me to see if needed to secure any trip excursions. I usually do excursions, but this vacation was just about relaxing and pool time with family. After returning from my trip, Jeff followed up with me to ensure my refund had come through. Jeff is a very detail oriented, friendly and very helpful travel agent. I highly recommend using his services.

I can’t recommend Jeff enough! I knew I wanted to surprise my husband for his 40th birthday with a relaxing, luxurious getaway and working with Jeff made the entire experience so easy and enjoyable. He sent us resort options tailored to exactly what we were looking for (great pools, luxury, and total relaxation), and he handled all the booking for us.

Normally, I spend hours obsessing over reviews and comparing flights, but Jeff took care of everything. He shared helpful tips leading up to the trip and truly made it stress-free… we just had to show up! The resort he recommended, Secrets Moxché Playa del Carmen, was absolutely incredible and exceeded every expectation.

Jeff even coordinated travel with another couple we were meeting so we could sit together on the plane. While we were on vacation, we kept saying how happy we were that we worked with him.

When we had a small issue with the third-party transport company (not Jeff’s fault), he jumped in right away, contacted them, and got us a refund. His responsiveness and support were amazing.

I will absolutely use Jeff again for future trips and recommend him to everyone I know. 1000% worth it!
