Jeff is the most attentive, patient, communicative and knowledgeable travel advisor I've worked with. He was great about ensuring we made decisions and reservations on time and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect (including connecting with our transfer service regarding our delayed flights while on his own Christmas vacation!). He also sent my husband and me a special 20th anniversary treat to our room. We were so touched. I've recommended him to many friends and will continue to book with him for our family's travel!

Jeff was an excellent choice for us as first-time cruisers, and he would be a great choice for others as well. He was extremely helpful, communicative, and patient (especially walking us through the different cruise options). Jeff was so responsive with any questions I had. He provided me options that were appealing to me and my guest, and he was able to keep me when I wasn’t sure if my guest could no longer make it. Jeff helped me realize a trip that my friend and I had been promising to take for years in a quick day! He took the big items off my to do list so all I had to do was be present, packed, and ready for a change of scenery. This is exactly what this tired teacher needed after a crazy May.
