She was diligent in getting a firm understanding of what kind of experience you or your group/family is looking for and what kind of price points you would like to stay in. She always kept me informed of what she found and always made sure I was okay with any decision she needed make. I intend to utilize her services again. To plan my next trip. I was greatly impressed by how she saved me a whopping $600.
