Thank you for planning three spectacular—and completely unexpected—days in Rome, as well as arranging our hotel in Paris after our Regent Cruise in the Mediterranean! We’ve visited Rome several times and wanted to experience places that were unique and off the usual tourist path. You absolutely delivered. The English-speaking guide you recommended was fantastic: knowledgeable, easygoing, and an excellent driver. We explored new neighborhoods, ancient baths, catacombs, and museums that ended up being true highlights of our trip. Our Paris hotel was perfect—beautifully appointed, with a warm staff and a wonderful buffet breakfast. The location couldn’t have been better: just minutes from the Champs-Élysées and Avenue George V, surrounded by excellent restaurants. We’re already looking forward to having you plan our next trip. I’ve followed Heather’s personal travels for years, and when it was finally time to plan my own trip to Portugal, I thought I'd be able to navigate getting everything set up. Not as easy as I'd hoped. I got increasingly frustrated until it dawned on me that Heather could be the perfect travel advisor. I had seen all her beautiful photos on Facebook and always imagined traveling there myself. Since I’m vegan, we decided on a vegan Douro River cruise, and Heather went above and beyond to find fantastic vegan restaurant recommendations in Porto, Lisbon, and all our stops in between. She made it so easy to enjoy great food throughout the trip. One of our favorite meals was a vegan Indian-inspired pizza—truly one of the highlights of the entire experience! I look forward to planning many future adventures with Heather. She really did a wonderful job making our trip so easy to relax and enjoy.

Heather planned a wonderful two-week trip to Portugal for my sister and me to celebrate her 60th birthday, and it was truly unforgettable. My sister and I decided to celebrate her birthday with a trip to Portugal, and we initially started planning everything ourselves. I was caught off guard by how much time and energy it was taking. Honestly, it felt like the planning was taking the fun out of our upcoming trip. Then, I realized Heather might be the perfect travel advisor for the job. She had traveled there herself a few years ago, and we remembered how beautiful her photos were. I've seen lots of her other travel photos and her trips are often truly inspirational. Heather planned a fantastic itinerary for us—from ground transportation and day trips to helpful advice on navigating train travel (I especially appreciated her suggestion to upgrade to first class for extra comfort!).

The tours she arranged were excellent, and we loved having the Fora app with our full daily itinerary right at our fingertips. We also truly valued Heather’s support during the trip—she was available whenever we needed assistance, (despite the time difference) including helping to adjust our tours when the weather changed.
