My Travel Style
I seek destinations that balance outdoor adventure with relaxation and amazing local dining experiences. I love discovering new places on foot or by bike and sharing my tips for hiking, great cafes, spas and more. The ultimate travel luxury for me is enjoying a delicious breakfast spread in my hotel robe, with beautiful natural scenery. I especially love boutique hotels and B&Bs that make me feel at home (but elevated). Planning is half the fun of the trip for me. I appreciate a detailed itinerary that leaves plenty of space for unplanned discoveries. Most of my favorite travel memories are the "surprise" moments that happen in between the planned activities!
