My Story
I design elevated, highly personalized travel experiences for clients who value thoughtful detail, seamless execution, and refined comfort.
With a background in healthcare leadership and years of navigating life on the move, I bring a calm, anticipatory approach to planning—managing the details proactively so my clients can travel with complete confidence.
I specialize in luxury cruises, curated group sailings, distinctive hotel stays, and complex itineraries that require both precision and creativity. From private transfers and exclusive shore experiences to exceptional culinary reservations and tailored pacing, every element is intentionally selected.
I work best with clients who are ready to invest in full-service planning and want their time protected, their preferences understood, and their travel handled with discretion and care.
Travel Style
My travel style blends immersive local experiences with elevated comfort. I believe luxury should feel personal—not performative.
I gravitate toward properties with a strong sense of place, exceptional service, and thoughtful design. Whether that’s a refined oceanfront resort, a suite-level cruise experience, or a boutique property with impeccable culinary programming, I look for stays that feel both indulgent and meaningful.
I prioritize pacing, flow, and intuitive logistics so each trip feels effortless from arrival to return. My goal is always the same: travel that feels expansive, restorative, and deeply memorable.

We have used Erika before and will continue to use her. We drive until we are exhausted and need to stop for the night. We have 2 big dogs so require a pet friendly place to stay. Erika has always been able to find us something very quickly even though we don’t give her much time, and any advance notice of where we will be stopping. It is worth having all of the arrangements made for us while we continue to drive. Thank you, Erika!!

Erica was an excellent travel advisor and helped so much with all my ridiculous non-stop questions leading up to the cruise. And even on the cruise she was still helping us. She helped us figure out how to get more perks and got us some great perks. Also. Our next Virgin cruise will be booking with her! I would highly recommend her and have done so.

Booking was a breeze! Erika handled all the details—reservations, cabin selection, and even upgrades that I hadn’t considered. She provided clear, concise information on all the options available, so I never felt overwhelmed by the choices. I had an amazing birthday trip!

Cruising with POTS and MCAS: A Spoonie-Friendly Guide to Virgin Voyages & Celebrity Cruises
Cruising with POTS and MCAS doesn’t have to feel like a gamble. After sailing on multiple week-long cruises while managing chronic illness, I’ve learned how to travel in ways that support my body instead of fighting it. Spoonie travelers and those navigating energy limitations can still experience the joy of cruising, especially with brands that prioritize pacing, rest, and autonomy. Having personally sailed with Virgin Voyages and Celebrity Cruises, I trust these cruise lines for a more intentional, supportive way to explore the ocean.

Accessibility Trip Report: Oregon Fruit Loop with Service Dogs
The Oregon Fruit Loop is more than fresh fruit and mountain views—it’s a journey through welcoming farms, scenic landscapes, and small-town charm. This trip report highlights not only the flavors of Hood River but also the accessibility experience traveling with two service dogs. From creative workarounds for “No Dogs” signs to the kindness of staff who went above and beyond, each stop added something special to the day. I hope this guide inspires others to enjoy the Fruit Loop while navigating with confidence and comfort.

Oregon Coast Accessibility Adventure: Seaside to Lincoln City with 2 Service Dogs
Our coastal weekend began in Seaside, Oregon, and took us down Highway 101 to Lincoln City, filled with stunning ocean views, small-town charm, and stops that were both dog-friendly and disability-aware. With two service dogs in tow and managing a chronic illness that requires frequent rest and accommodations (hello, POTS), we intentionally planned this trip to balance scenic ocean adventures with comfort and accessibility. From beach walks and wine flights to accessible hotel amenities and EV-friendly travel, this route gave us everything we needed for a rejuvenating and inclusive escape. Whether you’re traveling with mobility challenges, an invisible illness, or service dogs—or all of the above)—the Oregon Coast proved to be a surprisingly accommodating stretch of Pacific paradise.

Weekend in Paradise: Retreat Class on Celebrity Reflection
We recently set sail on a three night weekend cruise aboard the Celebrity Reflection. While the itinerary promised sunshine, it was the Retreat Class experience that truly made it unforgettable. From exclusive events to seamless service, every detail was carefully designed to make even a short sailing feel luxurious.
