Dawn is an excellent travel agent, she always communicates my exact needs to pool the hotel and verifies everything with the hotel. While I have not had a hotel issue needing help with during my stay, Dawn always makes sure I am happy with my reservation and assures me she is ready to assist me with any issues. I highly recommend her!
