Courtney was amazing to work with! She listened to all our needs and took care of the whole booking process with Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock. She was able to upgrade our room for us and even surprised us with a sweet anniversary gift. She also gave us great food recommendations for while we were in Sedona! We can't wait to have Courtney help us again with our traveling needs!

Courtney was amazing! She was so helpful sending over hotel options and guiding us to the best hotel for our needs. She was always very responsive even with all of the questions that I was sending her. She made sure we had all of the information we needed to feel comfortable and ready to go. This was our first international trip and without her, it would not have gone as smoothly as it did. She made sure there was a small care package when we arrived and helped get us an upgraded room. Can't wait to plan our next vacation with her!

Courtney is an incredible planner and executor! She asks great questions and seeks to understand needs before making recommendations. Once she complied our top priorities, she executed both efficiently and flawlessly to find us an incredible property that was above our expectation. Courtney had multiple check points with us to make sure all of our wishes were being met, and then proceeded to go above and beyond with a welcome gift and a personalized note in our room. She put a special touch on each portion of our trip, and we would not have been able to do this without her guidance and wisdom!
