So thankful for the thoughtful location selection from train station. Made arrival easy. Location was also super easy to bike/walk to many places in the city.

Casey provided excellent service. She was able to get us an early check in (free) which was so nice for those of us flying overnight and arriving at 8am. She was also able to get us a higher floor, which was recommended as quieter, and a luxury room for the same price as the basic. Overall, I really liked working with Casey. She was super responsive, kind and did her research for us! She even suggested things to do in the region and followed up to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Highly recommend!
