My Story
Hawaii-based globetrotter learning the art of savoring life, which means I'm probably in Japan. 28 countries (and counting!). Points and miles guru.
My Travel Style
I'm constantly inspired by my travels and take comfort in the adventures that bring me new perspectives. Friends and clients alike will tell you that a couple things remain constant with me: my love for travel and all things England. I’ve lived and worked in England, hiked two 80+ mile trails across England, got married in England and apparently dodged a bullet by not chasing after Prince William in England. I’ve been to 28 countries and counting, which means I excitedly barrel home with my bag (and belly) full of new foods and adventures to share. It’s a fulfilling life practice to explore new places and I can't wait to make that happen for you!

Booking was amazing!! The website was so nice and easy to use. It was very professional looking. There were many options at a variety of price points, making it easy to decide what fit our needs best.

Caroline planned an incredible wine trip to Mendoza, Argentina for me, my husband, and a group of friends. Once again, she completely exceeded our expectations.
She handled everything from coordinating multiple hotel rooms for our group at the first property to booking an absolutely phenomenal private villa for us at the second. That villa was unreal, and she managed to get us more than $1500 off the listed rate.
Every special request we made was taken care of in advance. The entire trip ran smoothly from start to finish. We were able to relax, enjoy amazing wine, and take in the scenery without worrying about logistics or back-and-forth emails with hotels.
Caroline made it feel effortless. And honestly, that’s exactly how a vacation should feel.
I’ve been telling everyone I know the same thing: don’t sleep on booking with Caroline. She’s the real deal.

I had never been to Argentina before, and I honestly had no idea what to expect from this trip. I didn’t plan a single thing. I just showed up. And somehow, every part of the experience was amazing.
Caroline took care of everything. When I flew standby and arrived in Mendoza a night early, she was able to get me into the hotel at the last minute. After a long travel day, it was such a relief to walk into a beautiful room with everything ready for me.
This was my first time working with a travel agent to book hotels, and I’m officially converted. Both properties Caroline booked were beautiful, and the best part was that she got us free breakfast at both. Not just any breakfast—these were generous, delicious spreads with so many options. Sitting down to a beautiful breakfast each morning really set the tone for the rest of the day.
Every detail was taken care of ahead of time, and I never once felt stressed about logistics. I was just able to be present and enjoy myself, which is exactly what I wanted out of this trip.
If you’re on the fence about using a travel agent, take this as your sign. Caroline was incredible, and I’d absolutely recommend her to anyone.

Working with Caroline for our trip planning was an absolute game-changer. My husband and I had a small window of time to take a last-minute trip before some flight credits expired, and we were both completely slammed with work. We knew we wanted to go somewhere, during a one-week window that we could take off work, but we had no idea where to start and absolutely no time to figure it out.
Enter Caroline.
Just two weeks out, she found a great flight that used all of our credits, to Japan, and planned us an entire itinerary from start to finish. Even though she doesn’t book flights herself, she still found us the perfect business class option with lie-flat seats that used every last cent of our expiring flight credit. That alone would have been a win, but that was just the beginning.
The hotels she selected for Kyoto and Tokyo were spot-on. Both had ideal locations, the amenities we cared about, and thoughtful extras like resort credits and free breakfast. But the detail that really blew us away? My husband and I have this kind of quirky preference to sleep "Swedish style," with separate comforters on the same bed. Most hotels outside of Europe have never heard of it, let alone actually prepare the bed that way in advance. But Caroline made sure both hotels had our beds made up to our exact preference before we arrived. We’ve stayed at many 5-star properties over the years, and even they usually don’t get that right without a reminder. Caroline did.
She also made sure our rooms had welcome snacks and drinks waiting for us. It felt like we were being hosted by someone who truly understood our tastes and wanted to make sure we felt cared for.
Beyond logistics, Caroline created an experience that felt completely customized to us. She booked us amazing activities like a delicious food tour in Kyoto, baseball tickets in Tokyo, and even found a mini pig café for me in Harajuku. Yes, I got to play with tiny pigs and piglets. I didn’t even know to ask for that, but it ended up being one of my favorite memories.
She also secured us an omakase dinner at a Michelin-starred sushi restaurant in Kyoto on just two weeks’ notice, which anyone who’s tried to book Michelin dining knows is practically a miracle.
For each place we visited, she provided a guide with recommendations, maps, and app instructions for everything from train tickets to local restaurants. Every detail was handled, and we could just show up and enjoy. That was priceless during such a busy season in my work life.
It’s not an exaggeration to say that we wouldn’t have been able to take this trip without Caroline. She made something that felt overwhelming and impossible into one of the best trips we’ve ever taken.
And now? She’s already planning our next adventure, a wine tasting trip to South America. She has secured gorgeous hotels in Mendoza for us, with over $1500 in savings compared to published rates, and yes, free breakfast again.
I’ve been telling all my friends the same thing: do not sleep on booking with Caroline. Doing it yourself, even if you are completely capable, is a mistake. She makes booking so much easier and the travel way more personalized.
Caroline is thoughtful, thorough, incredibly resourceful, and an absolute joy to work with. I can’t imagine planning travel without her again.
