Carlie was amazing. We gave her the difficult task of setting up a surprise trip for my wife and I for our 10 year anniversary. We wanted to do a big trip but couldn’t decide on what to do and so we decided to have someone surprise us with a surprise trip and asked Carlie. She was amazing. She first gave us a questionnaire asking our budget, what things we were interested in, a certain location preference, international vs. domestic, beach/tropical, tours, events etc. She then regular sent us inquires about cost and whether this was in our ballpark or keep on looking and told us where and when we were leaving and was able to surprise us with a vacation beyond our imagination. It was so neat, we didn’t even know where we were going until we checked in to get our plane tickets and found out we were going to Mallorca, Spain. We have never heard of this location but this was a place Carlie personally wanted to go some day and knew it was a beautiful island paradise in the Mediterranean meeting all of checked boxes of things we like - exploring a city (Palma), she set up a wine tasting session for us as she knew we enjoyed wine tasting, she also set up a catamaran boat tour that took us out around the island and food and drinks on the boat that was an awesome experience and checked another box of going out on the water on a tour that we mentioned we enjoyed. She also booked an amazing resort for couples with a waterfront view from our room and she arranged a surprise tray of chocolates and champagne to the room on our anniversary. Carlie went above and beyond and meticulously went through what we were interested in and met every desire we had and beyond. We can tell she knows her stuff and is passionate about travel in how she planned the perfect getaway for my wife and I. In talking about our trip back home, I’ve had several colleagues say “who was your travel agent? We might get a hold of her to do something like this.” Would highly recommend Carlie if trying to plan a trip as she will walk you through it thoughtfully every step of the way!
