Caela is truly AMAZING! From start to finish, she poured so much care, intention, and attention into every detail of our trip to Portugal (she has previously planned my Mykonos trip as well). She was beyond timely and communicative, constantly checking in to make sure we were not just satisfied, but genuinely enjoying every moment. She was deeply invested in our travel plans and that we would enjoy it all!
Her level of detail is unmatched. Caela made sure every part of our trip was thoughtfully planned and personalized, from logistics to comfort to special touches we never would have thought to ask for. She went out of her way to ensure our dietary needs were fully accommodated, including personally coordinating the kosher port wine sent to our room, something that meant so much to us and was such a sweet surprise!
