My Travel Style
I’m Amanda. I’m an avid solo traveler who is passionate about helping others experience the world as a tool for feeding curiosity, growing empathy, and deepening self-knowledge. I first fell in love with traveling in 2019 when, after the death of a loved one, I took a trip to the other side of the world to find answers and escape. This trip ignited a love for travel that has burned in me ever since. I now travel regularly, often times on my own and now also with my partner, Sam. My time exploring the world has taught me so much about myself, about others, and about the beauty this world has to offer. It’s my passion to help others, especially solo women, experience this magic for themselves, with the security of concierge-level support and stress-free trip planning. Solo in Santorini: My Weekend Getaway for 1 on the Island of Romance
When I was in my early twenties, I saw an Instagram video featuring a honeymoon suite in Santorini, Greece, complete with an uber-attractive couple walking hand-in-hand into an infinity pool that led from their room outside to reveal the dusk-bathed beauty of the Mediterranean Sea. It was in that moment that I decided that one day—probably when I’d met the man of my dreams—I’d honeymoon in Santorini and live out my own infinity pool fantasy. Fast forward 10 years—still single and with no husband on the horizon—I decided that I’d do something many wouldn’t dream of doing: I was going to go alone to the love island of Santorini. I just couldn’t wait.
