Our booking experience with Allie was phenomenal from start to finish. We began with a phone call where she took the time to understand our honeymoon preferences, location, timing, and overall vibe. She promptly followed up with a detailed Excel document outlining multiple options, including destinations, hotels, pricing, and thoughtful recommendations. Once we selected our location, Allie provided a comprehensive booklet with everything we needed: hotel and flight details, timing, and personalized suggestions for hikes and dinners. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the destination we chose. When we unfortunately had to move our trip due to illness, Allie handled all the changes seamlessly, rearranging accommodations and coordinating with the hotels effortlessly. While we were on our trip, she even checked in to ensure everything was going perfectly. I would highly recommend Allie to any friends or family planning travel, she truly goes above and beyond!

Along with a review of the Al Habtoor Palace, I included our experience with our trip advisor Allison Salmonese. What I forgot to mention was her help with securing air and ground transportation for us. We couldn't have done any of this without her. She helped us through a couple of changes in reservations, notably with ground transport. Because we had pre-and-post cruise reservations, and were traveling with another couple, we needed help to schedule ground transportation. At the time, the car company was implementing a new online booking/confirmation service which was difficult for me to confirm online. Allison stayed on top of it all for us no matter her own location nor the time day difference. For the record, the Blacklane drivers, and the car company service, (except as noted) was excellent in contacting me for pick up, timeliness and service. Again, Allison delivered a truly superior experience.

Without a doubt Allison Salmonese is THE most accommodating travel advisor we've ever worked with. First of all, Allison is an excellent communicator. She understands her clients needs. She follows up, she gets back to you in a timely manner and she makes you feel like you are her most important clients. You come away from every conversation knowing she cares about you and wants your trip to be all you want it to be. During the planning of our trip she was always available to discuss, review, suggest, confirm, email, call and offer ideas recommendations, and articles of interest. She helped with all things VIKING and provided invaluable assistance with pre-and post-cruise accommodations. Allison is so very good at what she does, she is really a 10 Star travel advisor. And although we haven't booked it yet, our next Viking Cruise will be arranged with Allison.

This was a great experience. I asked Allison for a last-minute short vacation and within hours she was able to recommend a few places. Since it was a short vacation I needed the drive within two to three hours with a pool and possible beach. I will definitely use Allison again!
