Marissa recommended The Venice Venice Hotel, and it was a perfect match. Her attention to detail and genuine care made all the difference. She truly understands her clients and curates exceptional experiences.

It was as though Marissa had a window in to my mind knowing exactly the vibe, aesthetic and experience that my husband and I wanted for his special birthday trip. Ad Astra was our own special (and at times felt private) sanctuary within Florence. Couldn't recommend this hotel enough as well as Marissa as an exceptional travel advisor!

Marissa is outstanding to work with as always. I will only book holidays with her help. She is very concerned with ensuring clients are having the experience they want to have and does deep research to find accommodations, restaurants and activities that are suited to your interests, taste, and budget. She's very responsive and is ready to handle any situation, as the time when I had to suddenly return home for a family emergency. You can't go wrong with her.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing double birthday in CDMX, thanks to our wonderful travel advisor, Marissa Cortes, who arranged everything seamlessly. One of the non-negotiables we requested from our advisor was a hotel in a prime and central location—she took our parameters into consideration and booked the ideal hotel—everything was within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient to explore the vibrant Condesa neighborhood. We loved wandering the charming streets, discovering cute cafes and lush parks along the way. Overall, our experience was nothing short of fantastic, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our birthdays. We highly recommend Marissa for anyone looking for a memorable experience! Thanks again for making this trip extra special! 🌟🎂💛
