The experience with Veronica was fantastic. I called the hotel asking about the government/military rate and they said it’s not available as it’s a holiday weekend. I was frustrated but this was the hotel I wanted to stay because of the location. I called Veronica and she had me booked quickly and saved me more money than if I would’ve got the military discount. Highly recommend.
