Booking our NYC staycation with Tracy at Fora was an absolute dream. She made the entire process so easy, from sharing Fora traveler reviews of the hotels we were considering to helping us narrow down the perfect choice. Once we landed on our hotel, she provided multiple room options and price points, making it effortless to pick what worked best for us. The real magic, though, was in the details. When we arrived at our hotel, we were surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a larger room on a higher floor—absolutely gorgeous and so spacious for NYC! On top of that, Tracy left us a thoughtful welcome gift: a bottle of wine and a custom note, which made our stay feel extra special. She even checked in via text to make sure everything was perfect. It’s these kinds of personal touches that make Tracy such an incredible travel advisor. I can’t wait to book my next trip with her!

She not only communicated and checked in with us several times during our trip, but because she was so great in sending us a personalized itinerary with great recommendations and perks for each hotel we stayed, we were well aware of the perk of being upgraded to another room if available. Tracy was so wonderful to work with! She listened to our request for a terrace and found us a hotel in a super convenient area that had not one but two private terrace areas. She also made sure to follow up with the hotel and we were welcomed into our hotel with a lovely note from Tracy.
