Overall, it was a pleasure working with Teresa. My family ran into a very difficult challenge regarding passports, which derailed our original plans, including changing our location and itinerary. Teresa assisted us with navigating this process, which went smoothly. She gave clear guidance on the final plans and how close to the travel time that we’d be. We were literally up until the final moments and she was able to ensure that we had everything needed to go. I truly appreciated that and very grateful. As far as constructive feedback, I’d say that more timely responses to updates (if warranted) and follow-through with task timeframes. For example, if the communication was that certain information was going to be provided at a certain time, followed by through or correspondence about it is important. It speaks to overall customer service. It literally makes the difference in choosing to work with certain advisors over others. I will say that Teresa delivered on all of her things. My concerns were discussed, she acknowledged this feedback and course-corrected along the way, which was more than appreciated. She contacted us during the trip and upon to return to ensure all was well, which was a great gesture. Thank you very much!

Teresa was a great travel advisor! Communication were a bit hit and miss in the beginning stages (due to scheduling conflicts) but it cleared up and stayed consistent throughout my entire trip! Any questions or concerns she was available right away to answer. Since it was my first experience out of the country, she wanted to ensure that my transport from the airport to the resort and back was seamless. That was a big A+ for me! The suggestion of this resort was definitely my speed and what I needed! Not overly crowded with people coming to party, but just enough where everyone can have a good time and focus on the main ingredient wellness! I do wish that more was placed into the itinerary (me being so new to this experience I didn’t know what to expect or what I would really enjoy doing so, it was left open for me to go as I pleased.) Having the itinerary would provided a concise schedule of my day where I could make more events than what I did make. (It was a learning experience for me) Overall I loved Teresa calming spirit, informative knowledge of properties/transport/ popular activities and her knack for getting the job done and done well!
