Ms. Tajbin was on call for us essentially 24/7 with how quickly she would respond to any queries we had. She even helped us with airport transportation from the airport to our hotel.

Tajbin was wonderful at helping me find the best deals and I loved how she was able to accommodate my particular needs for my stay starting from my location preferences to the budget. I loved how she provided small briefs of every option and also talked me through with understanding the differences. She was prompt with her responses and helped me by adding in a few treats. I am looking forward to making more plans with her soon enough!

It was truly an amazing stay! So glad we booked through Tajbin. We could feel the warmth and the difference of booking with her from the moment we checked in. They mentioned they were preparing our room as it had some added benefits. Our room was much larger than your matchbox New York hotel rooms, with an amazing view of Time Square and loaded amenities. We had added breakfast, which was $80 from their cafe downstairs. This included snacks you could pick up for the rest of your day. We used this opportunity to load up on lots of healthy snacks for the kids for through the day. The cafe had some awesome bagel sandwiches and hot food too. Please do yourself a favor and book your next holiday with Tajbin! She really takes care of the little things.
