Steph has helped plan LOTS of adventures for me over the years: securing a fancy hotel experience for my Dad who had never traveled out of the country before, making sure my friends and colleagues feel welcome and cared for when they travel, and fixing multiple last minute situations when non-Steph-booked lodging and flights go sideways.

I generally book my own travel, but since this was a work trip and my company recommended a Hyatt nearby the office, I reached out to Steph, who I know is an expert on all things Hyatt. She was absolutely amazing, incredibly communicative whenever I had questions, and even had a cute little gift and note waiting when I got in. The room I booked also got a free upgrade and had an incredible view.
There was a slight issue with the included breakfast from the hotel side, and Steph walked me through what to do for that, and checked in throughout my stay to see how things were going. Overall, I felt very spoiled having a travel agent for this booking and would highly recommend Stephanie for all travel needs! In fact, I did recommend her to my client when I was there because it was such a great experience!

Stephanie was most attentive to our needs and wants and set us up with exactly what we desired to make it a special trip for my daughter to attend a camp at her future university. She was available for me on a booking change I needed and immediately took care of it. I will forever work with her for my travel experiences. I cannot say enough great things about her.

Steph was wonderful. She provided information about our transportation from the airport, dining, and had a welcome amenity for us! Cant recommend her enough. She provides full service even on parts of the trip where they don’t compensate travel agents!
