Amazing and seamless!!

Sophia made the process stress free from the start. We had our luggage sent ahead as we had a very late arrival (2AM) and she arranged for the Four Seasons to unpack and steamed our clothes so that they were fresh for our meetings and events. She even arranged for a small refrigerator delivered to our room to hold fresh milk for our coffee. She got us a room upgrade, a $50 credit per each day of our stay, the best rate and other amenities that were above and beyond. We travel for business and pleasure often and are so happy with Sophia Kelley, our Fora Travel Advisor. Her communication is clear, prompt and beyond expectations.
