After a cancelled flight and being in a bit of a bind for a place to stay until I could catch the next flight out, I'm so grateful to RnB travels for accommodating my need for an extra night in Los Angeles. Rachel was incredibly timely & thoughtful in addressing my request, and she set me up in a great hotel within my budget and desired location. Will be working with Rachel & Brian again.

Rachel was outstanding! She found us a great room at a great hotel in the location we wanted to be. She followed up with the hotel for our request for an early check-in and everything was according to our expectations.
