Paola is truly the best! From the very beginning, she was so kind, attentive, and thoughtful — always offering us great options and making sure everything was perfect for our trip. We were celebrating my birthday, and when we arrived, there was the sweetest note from her waiting for us — it’s those little details that make such a big difference. Her recommendations were spot on and made our experience even more special. Can’t wait to plan our next trip with her!

Where do I even begin? We were so stressed out trying to find the perfect hotel for our wedding, especially since guests were coming from not only nearby but from all over the world. Luckily, Paola helped us every step of the way. We told her the locations of the church and the venue, and she quickly identified six hotels in the area. She even created an Excel sheet outlining the perks of each hotel, including parking, breakfast, and other amenities we hadn’t even think to consider when booking. Once we narrowed it down to our top two, Paola was incredibly responsive. Through phone and email, she quickly negotiated prices and perks for each hotel, including cocktail hours, breakfast for guests, and reduced parking fees. When we finally selected our hotel, Paola was quick to organize our room block, including which types of rooms we needed—like the two full beds versus the king beds—and she laid everything out clearly on the Excel sheet so we could easily track how many rooms of each type were booked. She went above and beyond by sending us monthly updates on room bookings and availability. When we reached our original room block limit, Paola quickly worked with the hotel to add more rooms at the same rate. Paola also went the extra mile when we decided to host our rehearsal dinner at the hotel. She was in constant communication with Lee and Nancy about every little detail, from table and chair arrangements to our food preferences. Before we arrived, Paola even made sure the hotel staff knew when to expect us, so check-in was smooth and easy. Everyone who stayed at the hotel loved the perks—whether it was the larger suites/rooms conveniently located near family members as well as the free breakfast. Guests really enjoyed the free breakfast and cocktail hour that were included in the stay. When we mentioned to Paola that we had several cars and were concerned about the $30-per-day parking fee (which would add up over five days), she quickly worked with the hotel to reduce the price, making it much more affordable. The entire booking process with Paola and the hotel made our wedding weekend perfect. It was one less thing to worry about during the stressful time of planning. We simply didn’t have the time to handle all the details Paola took care of on our behalf, and for that, I highly recommend Paola to anyone planning their wedding room block. It’s free, fast, flexible, and stress-free. Thank you so much, Paola—we don’t know what we would have done without you during the most important time of our lives!

If I could give Paola more than five stars, I would. My husband and I used her to help plan our honeymoon, and from start to finish, she was truly incredible. We weren’t the easiest couple to work with, not because we were difficult, but because we genuinely had no idea what we wanted at first. Paola was beyond patient as we navigated our options, changed our minds, considered our budget, and tried to figure out what would make our trip truly special.

She answered every question, handled countless emails, and never once made us feel like a burden. In fact, she made us feel like a priority. She took on every detail so we didn’t have to stress about a thing. From the big bookings to the small touches, she had it covered. Because of her, we were able to fully relax and enjoy the beginning of our marriage without worrying about logistics or forgetting anything.

Paola planned and executed the most amazing bachelorette party I've ever been on. She totally understood the assignment and made my dreams come true with this trip.
