Working with Nicole was an absolutely fantastic experience! From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and seamlessly. She was attentive, responsive, and made the entire planning process completely stress-free.
We did run into a few issues upon arriving at the resort, but Nicole truly went above and beyond what was even her responsibility to help us rectify everything. She advocated for us and made sure the situation was resolved to a great outcome, which we are so grateful for.
Her dedication and care made all the difference, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again. Highly, highly recommend!
