We had an amazing experience working with our travel agent, Nico! He booked us a 7-day cruise on the NCL Escape, and everything from start to finish was completely seamless. Nico went above and beyond by securing us great perks, including free gratuities, priority boarding and disembarkation, and he curated a list of excursions at the different ports specially for our family, which made the trip totally stress-free.
Every detail was perfectly planned, the process was incredibly smooth, and we truly had an absolute blast on this cruise. Nico is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about making sure his clients have the best possible experience.
