Every detail was thoughtfully arranged – from welcome drinks upon arrival to a curated list of local gems for dining, hiking, and exploring. Whether it was lounging by the pool, enjoying morning coffee delivered to my door, or biking through Laguna’s coastal roads, every moment was a reminder of how powerful a well-planned escape can be. I cannot recommend Neelam or Hotel Joaquin highly enough. A dream trip I’ll be raving about for years!

Upon arrival to Berlin, we were greeted with a luxurious hotel pick, a room upgrade and welcome letter greeting us for our 40th wedding anniversary. The hotel was centrally located with luxurious interiors and excellent hospitality.
