Fantastic! Natalie gave us amazing options for hotels- the HWG was perfect for our stay. Location was fantastic, great amenities. They even had a lovely spread of desserts in our room as a welcome/birthday celebration. We couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Working with Natalie was a DELIGHT! This was my very first time working with a travel agent, and I'm so sad it took me 35 years to recognize just how easy/helpful it is. My #1 concern was that travel agencies overcharge a ton to make up for a margin, but after booking with Natalie, we SAVED money and got some really cool perks to use during our trip too. I'm the kind of person that goes into 'analysis paralysis' when planning a trip because there are so many options and so many reviews out there. Working with Natalie removed that anxiety COMPLETELY. We presented her with our needs and budget, which was unique b/c I'm 7 months pregnant and I thought that limited our options, but she shared a bunch of options (some of which I hadn't even thought about!), and after discussing add'l needs/desires, we were able to narrow down the list to 2 hotels/locations, both of which were so extraordinary. We also learned she can manage our transportation needs and even book tours in future trips AND I know for a fact she has experience traveling with children, which gives me even more faith to book future family-friendly stays through her. My husband and I ended up enjoying one of the best vacations we've ever had - it was so relaxing, it met every single need, and we stayed within budget. I cannot recommend Natalie's services enough - I'm so grateful for her help <3

Natalie was so helpful! We wanted to go to Florida for a romantic getaway but with the thousands of options I felt stuck. She helped narrow it down to a few choices that all looked great. We were SO happy with where we landed, a sweet little boutique hotel I would have overlooked but ended up having all the things we wanted in a vacation. She also had the hotel leave us some lovely treats the night of our arrival, which was a nice touch!

Hi! Just wanted to say that everything has been amazing! The Place was PERFECT and a great location. The tour was great and dinner was UNREAL. Best pizza!! We went to Sbrino gelato since you said it was a personal fave and OMG the pear gelato. Only regret is that I didn’t get more. We taxi’d to lunch which was another amazing experience and now here at the wedding. Gorgeous night!! Thank you!
