We had a very last-minute change of plans and our travel advisor Mo immediately came to the rescue. He managed to book us the perfect suite at Hotel J Stockholm on incredibly short notice (as in a few hours) and it turned out to be exactly what our family needed on Christmas Eve.
The junior suite duplex was amazing and the kids absolutely loved it. Mo even went the extra mile to make sure turndown service was arranged since we were arriving late, which made such a difference after a long day of travel.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are so grateful for how smoothly he handled everything. Highly recommend Mo to anyone who wants someone they can fully trust with their travel plans.

This was our first experience with Mo, and going forward, we will book every trip with him. Mo is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. He took the time to truly understand our hopes for our honeymoon and get to know us as a couple. Mo took care of absolutely everything in the planning process and all we had to do was show up! It was seamless. When we arrived at the hotel, they played our wedding song in our upgraded suite upon our arrival, with champagne, treats, a framed picture of us, and handwritten notes. It brought us to tears and Mo ensured our experience there was a once-in-a-lifetime, royalty-level one. Thank you, Mo and we cannot wait to book our next getaway with you!
