Melissa was very responsive during the booking process & checked in with me a few days before our stay to say that the hotel would be ready for us (We had a previous experience in Philly where we were told there were no rooms for our group of seven.) Everything went very smoothly with Melissa and the hotel! We will gladly book our next trip with Melissa.

Working with Melissa was amazing! She booked me a hotel, car, and excursion. She was incredibly responsive and helpful. She asked my budget, what I was looking for, and provided me my options. She helped me find the best car and excursion for the time I had in Hawaii and provided hotel options for me. I liked how collaborative she was with what I was looking for on my trip. I plan to keep working with her on future trips and travel needs and would recommend her to anyone.
