Matthew was our Travel Advisor in planning my dad's 80th birthday cruise. He was aware this was a special occasion, and I was looking to book two cabins near each other on the same deck. While I've sailed many times with Royal Caribbean before, Matthew knew I was only looking to book a 3 night out of Port Canaveral. He researched several options for me before deciding on the Utopia. Matthew's communication was timely with answers to my questions. His explanation in the booking process, documents required, and payment process was clear and precise. There were a few changes I needed to make with Cabin selections before the cruise and Matthew was very accommodating and happy to assist. He was professional and friendly, and I will contact Matthew for future reservations.
