My Story
I’m Mat Wilson, a travel advisor who knows San Diego, Oahu, and cruising better than most! I handle the details—smart timing, great stays, local gems—and I’m always scouting the best concert scenes along the way. With a BA in American History from UNLV and years teaching the subject, plus two years living in South Africa, I bring context, care, and an eye for authentic experiences wherever you go.
Travel Style
I’m a slow, immersive traveler on a comfortably mid‑range budget, happiest where culture, music, and a bit of magic meet—think concerts, museums, beaches, theme parks, and an MLB baseball game. I map out each trip with meticulous daily suggestions, then leave room to wander when something intriguing appears. Most adventures are with my wife, and sometimes our daughters join in for the fun. The goal is simple: savor the place, not just see it.
