12/10! If I could give Mariana more than 5 stars I would!! I have never worked with a travel agent with as much attention to detail or care as Mariana. She truly made our experience at the Global Ambassador so special. From early check-in, to the best welcome Champagne and treats for our birthday celebration, to the BEST room with an incredible view - she did it all. When the front desk tried to tell us we couldn’t get late checkout, Mariana was just a text away and came right to the rescue to set them straight and secure a free late checkout in a snap! We will never travel without utilizing Mariana and her amazing planning skills again! Truly the best in the business.
