I loved booking with ALMA/Manolo. Just one call and a quick online questionnaire and it was done! He found the perfect hotel for our budget and at the location that fit our plans. Our plane was 7 hours late. He took care of notifying the hotel for our late arrival on a Sunday night. Will make more reservations with ALMA!

Alma (Manolo Aguilar) entendió perfecto el tipo de destino, hotel y clima que queríamos. Todas las opciones que nos dió fueron excelentes y la que elegimos fue sin duda extraordinaria. Se aseguró que hubieran muchas cápsulas de café para la máquina de la habitación como nos gusta, que nos recibieron con una botella de vino y frutas y que estuvieron al pendiente de cualquier reserva en el SPA y en los restaurantes que quisieramos hacer. Regresaremos y continuaremos pidiendo a Alma nos organice los viajes por sus propuestas de destino, alojamiento y atención a todos los detalles.

Estuvo al pendiente de todos mis servicios y que todo lo tuviera a la mano cuando lo necesitara. Todo muy bien explicado.
