This stay at the Thompson Washington D.C. was a perfect example of how she consistently delivers exceptional value. Not only did she secure a beautiful property in a prime location, but she also worked out added benefits that truly elevated the experience — complimentary breakfast via room service, a welcome credit, and thoughtful accommodations that made the trip feel seamless.

I can’t say enough good things about working with Mandy. She consistently goes above and beyond, and this trip was no exception — even with it being a last-minute booking.
Mandy is excellent at finding the best possible value without sacrificing comfort or practicality. She pays attention to details most people overlook: complimentary breakfast, shuttle availability, early check-in or late checkout options, and overall convenience — especially important for us since we rely on rideshare services when traveling.
What I appreciate most is that she’s proactive. If there’s a question, a concern, or something that needs clarification, she doesn’t hesitate to contact the hotel directly on our behalf. That alone removes so much stress.
She was also very transparent about the area surrounding the hotel, which I appreciated. There were no surprises — just honest communication and thoughtful planning.
