Lisa is very detail oriented. She checked out many boutique hotels in Vancouver, and told us that in her opinion, Loden Hotel was THE place to stay in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. She booked the Garden Room, arranged an early check-in and a complimentary breakfast each day at the adjoining restaurant. As a personal touch, she phoned us to make sure everything was as promised. Lisa is a perfectionist, professional and personable. We will definitely recommend Lisa to our friends, neighbors and families.
