Our Story
After nearly 15 years leading global marketing, communications, and strategy initiatives for brands including Adobe, Expedia Group, and Sabre Corporation, I founded Cade Travel Co. to bring a more strategic, high-touch approach to luxury travel planning.
Today, I partner with discerning families, executives, and corporate teams to thoughtfully manage their annual travel portfolio—from complex multi-generational vacations to incentive programs, board meetings, and executive off-sites.
My perspective is shaped by seven years inside the travel and hospitality ecosystem at Sabre and Expedia Group, combined with deep experience in strategy, communications, and operations. I approach every itinerary the way I approach global campaigns: with rigor, creativity, and an obsessive focus on the end experience.
Travel has also been a constant in my personal life. I’ve explored more than 40 countries and, as a mother of two, I understand firsthand the complexity of planning meaningful trips for busy, high-achieving families.
Travel Style
I’m an incredibly detail-driven planner and researcher, and I rarely go anywhere without a strong point of view on what’s worth experiencing. I’m intentional about building trips that balance luxury with authenticity, leaving room to slow down while still layering in memorable, wow-factor moments. Travel, for me, centers around great food and meaningful time with my family, with outdoor adventure and hiking woven in along the way.

My experience with Lindsey was OUTSTANDING! She was a thoughtful, helpful, kind, organized agent. She was very quick to reply, listened to our wants/needs + our budget. She was attentive, checking in before, during and after our stay. She offered us additional services for our stay, and she had everything set up for a relaxing and enjoyable trip!!

We booked a very last minute trip and Lindsey was quick to make suggestions to help us get something special booked. She had just been to Sedona earlier this year, so her firsthand knowledge was helpful. She also happens to be my sister so I have followed her travel advice for any years.
